Scope: Site Restoration & Landscaping
Completed landscape restoration and softscape installation for the Office Building project. Work included the supply and installation of river rock, mulch, and geotextile fabric around the building to reinstate landscaped areas and improve drainage and aesthetics.
The scope also involved supplying and installing topsoil around the new parking lot, performing soil conditioning, and completing hydroseeding to establish healthy, long-lasting turf. Along the building perimeter, new trees, shrubs, and planting materials were installed to restore and enhance existing flower beds.
